GIC Investments Corp. was established as a part-time business in 1997. The initial focus was on how to best service clients and develop investor relations.
In 2002 the company re-evaluated its purpose and concentrated on the goal of helping homeowners get out of distressed financial situations. GIC then decided that it was worthwhile to establish a large, full-time business operations model. Growth has been consistent and steady ever since and the organization has become a major player in the Calgary real estate market.
